Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed once the signed contract and the required £50 deposit are received. The retainer is non-refundable and secures your date. The remaining balance is due no later than one month before your event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
If the client cancels the booking, the retainer will not be refunded. If the client reschedules and the photographer is available, payments may be transferred to the new date once. Any further date changes may incur additional fees.
If the photographer must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond their control, a full refund will be issued and reasonable efforts will be made to help find a replacement photographer. Liability is limited to the amount paid.

Coverage & Cooperation
The client agrees to provide a reasonable schedule, access, and cooperation for photography services. The photographer is not responsible for missed shots due to late arrivals, uncooperative guests, venue restrictions, weather conditions, or interference by guests or other vendors. The client is responsible for obtaining any permissions required by venues.

Artistic Style & Editing
The client acknowledges that photography is subjective and agrees to the photographer’s editing style, colour treatment, and composition. Unedited (RAW) images are not provided. Additional edits, retouching, or revisions beyond the photographer’s standard workflow may incur extra charges.

Delivery of Images
Wedding images will be delivered within 2–4 weeks after the wedding date. Other events will be delivered within 1–2 weeks. Images will be delivered via an online gallery, along with a USB containing full-resolution images. The photographer is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond their control, including illness, equipment failure, or internet issues.

Copyright & Usage
The photographer retains full copyright of all images.

Model Release
The client grants the photographer permission to use images for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and publication purposes.

Limitation of Liability
In the unlikely event of loss, damage, or failure to deliver images due to photographer fault, liability is limited to the total amount paid. The photographer is not responsible for acts of God, equipment failure beyond reasonable control, venue restrictions, or guest behaviour. The client releases the photographer from any further claims beyond the amount paid.

Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements. Any changes must be made in writing and agreed to by both parties.
